How we started

What started in 2018 as a desire to be the “anti-agency” agency, CEO Ken Robertson set about building what is now an international Marketing, Sports and Entertainment business. And in taking lead from the military strategy, where a ‘Tenth Man’ is appointed to challenge and explore alternatives to combat ‘group-think’, our name and ethos was born.

From day one, our aim has been to provoke, challenge and cut through the sameness. And as an independently owned business we have the freedom to flex and manoeuvre to do this.

Who we are

Under the leadership of CEO Ken Robertson, ECD Richard Seabrooke and MD Ailbhe Beirne, The Tenth Man is a growing team of 40 + creative thinkers, creators and marketeers.

Collectively we form five business pillars with the ability to work independently and interdependently depending on our clients’ needs and objectives.
